Design and Implement

- Complete the home enhancement recommendations
- Carry our the scheduled marketing actives
- Show the property to Brokers and perspective buyers
- Communicate with you on a regular basis as to our progress
- Monitor the results of your marketing activities
- Modify you marketing plan and pricing strategy as necessary
Review Offer and Reach
Agreement with Buyer
- Buyer’s real estate professional presents the
offer to us
- Discuss and clarify the proposed terms and conditions
of the purchase offer
- Negotiations begin with the possibilities of exchanging
counter offers
- Reach a final agreement
Complete Settlement Process
per Purchase Contract
- Deposit the buyer's good faith money
- Sign all the contract documents
- Order the title search and preliminary title report
for the buyer
- Schedule all needed inspections
- Remove any remaining contingency requirements agreed
to in the contract
- Have the buyer’s final walk-through of the property
- Loan funding and the balance of the buyers fund delivered
to the title company
- Record the transfer of title with the county
- Coordinate the seller’s exit of the property and
give possession to the buyer
After –sale Service
- Help you find you next home, as your needs change
